The 14th Guangdong Middle School Games will take place in Zhongshan from July 15 to 30.

A press conference was held at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School on February 20, where the sponsors unveiled the emblem, mascot, theme slogan and theme song of the middle school games.

The 14th Guangdong Middle School Games will feature 12 events, including track and field, swimming, basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, badminton, martial arts, martial arts routines, cheerleading, rope skipping and orienteering, comprising 262 sub-events. It is expected to attract nearly 7,400 athletes and coaches from 21 prefecture-level cities across the province.
