Great Shots of the Weekis a weekly photo solicitation event held by Zhongshan Daily to collect photos from the public. Top 6 winners will be given prizes and electronic certificates. All residents including expats are welcome to participate and record beautiful moments in Zhongshan every week. Winners of the week (December 19 - December 25, 2022) are as follows. 

First prize: Racing Boats (Photo/Chen Liwei). The GBA (Fusha) Single Farm Boat Race 2022 was held on December 24, 2022. The photo features speedy boats at the start of the race.

Second prize: Drying Sausages (Photo/Zhuo Jianghua). A woman worker was drying Cantonese sausages in Huangpu Town on December 25, 2022.

Second prize: A Spectacle of Henglan Flower Expo (Photo/Liu Minghai). Visitors were on a tour of the China (Zhongshan) Flower & Tree Industry Conference 2022 (Flower Expo 2022) after its opening on December 19, 2022.

Third prize: A Pond in Front of an Overseas Chinese House (Photo/Liu Shijue). An overseas Chinese house was reflected in a pond in Yongmo Village, Sanxiang Town on December 23, 2022, presenting a wonderful picture with lotuses and ducks.

Third prize: Striving with Vigor (Photo/Wang Qiu). Rowers were striving with vigor at the dragon boat solo race in Fusha on December 24, 2022.

Third prize: Splendor of Winter (Photo/Peng Leikeng). Swamp cypresses at Wuxing Campsite were red in late December. Seen from above, they are like a colorful painting. This photo was taken by a drone on December 25, 2022.
