Kadafy Hosenally, a Michelin chef from Mauritius with over 30 years of experience, has worked in many countries. In recent years, he has been addicted to Cantonese cuisine and gone deep into rural areas to seek hidden culinary masters among the locals.
In the last episode, Kadafy heard a cook called Mr Beard in Beili village is fabulous. He came to his restaurant and tried his signature fried chicken and then worked with him.
As both of them come from the seaside, they cooked the two different kinds of crabs from Nanlang. Kadafy made the Creole Crab, while Mr Beard whose true name is Gan Jinhui made the Cantonese Ginger Fried Crab. In the end, they learnt from each other and became good friends.
