Chen Yiwen also becomes a Grand Slam gold medalist of Diving World Cup, World Aquatics Championship and Olympic Games in women's 3m synchronized and individual 3mspringboard events.

Previously, Chen Yiwen and Chang Yani teamed up to win the gold medal of women's synchronized 3m springboard diving at the Paris 2024.

In 2008, Chen Yiwen joined the diving team of Zhongshan Sports School. She was later selected to the Guangdong provincial diving team in 2014 and the national team in 2016.
