The Minzhong District Paddy Field Concert was held in Yingyang Eco-Farm for 2 nights on August 4 and 5. It was the first paddy field concert across Zhongshan this year.

The Minzhong concert was a feast of culture and tourism, offering music show, food carnival, cultural activities and rural experience to the public. It allowed visitors to taste the unique charm of Minzhong as a waterland. Performing bands led the audience to a journey to the sea of music.

The concert also featured a rural youth startup bazaar and a farming experience area. The bazaar showcased Zhongshan's delicacies, intangible cultural heritage items and characteristic cultural and creative products, while the farming experience area included special sites for photo taking and free farming programs such as duck catching and fish catching.

Minzhong District plans to host the 2023 Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival and Lingnan Waterland Tourism and Culture Carnival in September, hoping to present the farming culture, characteristic water sports, beautiful scenery and tasty food to tourists from different places and create a unique cultural tourism brand.
