The 2024 Zhongshan Industrial Design Competition was launched on August 29.

The competition consists of a comprehensive contest and three special contests, calling for marketed products and conceptual design works in such categories as home supplies, vehicles, instrument and equipment, communication design and others starting from September 2. The total bonus will be up to 1.05 million yuan.

The Zhongshan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Shenzhen Industrial Design Profession Association signed a cooperative agreement with at the launching ceremony. The two sides will carry out in-depth exchanges and cooperation in industrial design.

A Shenzhen-Zhongshan supply and demand matchmaking meeting in industrial design was held concurrently. Manufacturing enterprises in Zhongshan detailed the requirements for industrial design, and design agencies in Shenzhen provided immediate responses, laying the foundation for in-depth cooperation in the future.
