Zhongshan Luzhou Chamber of Commerce members get their auctioned goods on the stage.

Zhongshan Luzhou Chamber of Commerce launched a fundraise campaign at its fifth founding anniversary celebration at night on July 21 to help students in Luzhou (a city in Sichuan province) fulfill their college dreams. It will fund 20 college students, help 5 especially poor families get rid of poverty and improve school conditions in poor rural areas. The fund is raised by auction of celebrities’ drawings and handwritings and fancy wine.

During the five years since its founding, Zhongshan Luzhou Chamber of Commerce has contributed about 3.663 million yuan to the public causes in the hometown, donated about 2.862 million yuan to the people in need and helped over 130 students fulfill their college dreams. Zhongshan Civil Administration honors it as an “AAA Social Organization”.
