Jajoo Institute was set up in Faculty of Art and Design in Zhongshan Polytechnic yesterday morning, which is the first Internet plus industrial institute under the cooperation between school and corporation in Zhongshan, co-established by Zhongshan Polytechnic and Guangdong Jiashidai Decoration Technology Co., Ltd., aiming at jointly breeding skilled design talents needed for development of decorating and building materials industry, service-oriented e-commerce marketing talents, management talents for high-end enterprises to facilitate the upgrading and transformation of regional home building materials industry.

In recent years, Faculty of Art and Design in Zhongshan Polytechnic has successively established Shaxi Textile & Apparel Institute, Guzhen Lighting Institute and Jajoo Institute. To put the industrial institutes online is an innovative model of school-and-company cooperation from Zhongshan Polytechnic, and an effective approach in line with regional market demands and establishment of Zhongshan industrial eco-chain.
