Zhongshan Municipal Affairs Bureau has made a strategic cooperation agreement with China Unicom Zhongshan Branch that the two parties will enhance cooperation to collect information and big data for civil administration.

There is a permanent population of more than three million in Zhongshan, nearly 600 thousand of which directly receive the service of civil affairs departments. The departments have an increasing population to serve as the social service covers more areas in different levels and goes more balanced. They will make tool of the IT aid by China Unicom and promote the “Internet Plus” system in civil administration to provide better service.
