With a theme of “attracting business and talents all around Zhongshan, driving transformation and upgrading through innovation”, the 3.28 Trade Fair & the 2nd Zhongshan Talents Fair was grandly opened in Zhongshan Expo Center on 28th and “The Framework Agreement on Jointly Establishing A Training Base of Postgraduate between Guangdong Department of Education and Zhongshan Municipal Government” was signed on the spot. On the same day, the unveiling ceremony of the base was held at Zhongshan Institute, signifying the formal settlement of the base.

According to the agreement, the three parties will take full advantages of academic teams, technology projects, information, experimental equipments and funds to carry out cooperation in areas, such as talents training, hatching and transforming of scientific and research achievements and innovation of technology, to realize resource sharing, further improve talents quality and enhance abilities in research and development, innovation and overall competitiveness.
