Zhongshan Dream Scheme 2016 Work Plan has been released to all grassroots league sections and intends to sponsor 900 outstanding young workers in Zhonshan to further their education though cooperation with Peking Univeristy, Shandong University, Zhongshan Polytechnic, Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic and Zhongshan Radio and TV University.

The Dream Scheme is a public project launched by Communist Youth League Guangdong Provincial Committee. The committee plays an active role and found a special work office. Nearly 1000 young manufacturing workers has profited from the scheme each year since it was started in 2010.
