Zhongzai fell in a love affair with jump rope about 7 years ago. As a rural P.E teacher, Zhongzai hopes that his students can have quality physical education even in rural areas, so he spent every minute of his spare time thinking about how to make better use of jump rope to fill their childhood with laughter and happiness. After five years of hard work, Zhongzai and his students have been rope-jumping all the way to the national sports events. In the National Jump Rope Tournament held in July, the ropers snatched 6 gold, 6 silver and 8 bronze medals and their teacher, Zhongzai, won the title of Excellent Jump Rope Instructor.
Freestyle sequence requires not only speed but also freestyle, which is exactly what interests the students most because it offers the jumpers a good opportunity to innovate. “Improving students capability of innovation while doing exercises is what my physical education is about,” said Zhongzai.
