The 2019 Zhongshan Youth Science Education Achievement Exhibition and Maker Carnival was held on November 2 at Zhongshan Experimental Middle School.

This time around, the Zhongshan Association for Science and Technology has joined forces with the Guangdong Science Museum and science museums of Foshan, Dongguan, Yangjiang and other cities to turn the youth science and technology activity into a carnival that encourages student participation. This well-planned event also enhances the interaction, enjoyment and technological understanding of science.

At the carnival, nearly 20 schools and organizations, including Shiqi Central Primary School, West District Guangfeng Primary School, Quanlin Happy World Science Museum and Zimaling Zoo, set up stands to display the latest scientific and technological works, science fiction paintings and popular science instruments to students.

At the event, Guangdong Science Museum's "Mobile Dome-screen Theater" attracted a large number of students and parents. Foshan Science Museum exhibited such popular science instruments as "Movie Principle", "Magnetic Rotary Disc", "Multi-Image Mirror", and "Skin-Free Drum". Dongguan Science Museum has brought "high-end, magnificent, and classy" popular science instruments such as alpha robots and "solar activities observation".
