It is learned from Zhongshan Public Resources Transaction Center that the East District Changjiang Primary School project (with supporting facilities) is undergoing EPC general contracting bidding. The school construction will start this year and is scheduled to be completed and meet the conditions for opening the school before August 1 next year.

Changjiang Primary School is located on Changjiang Road next to the Zhongshan Health Bureau. It will be a full-time public primary school with 36 teaching classes, and a maximum of 50 students per class for a total of 1,800 students and 100 teachers.

The planned total land area of Changjiang Primary School and its supporting facilities is 25,145.80 square meters. The school includes two teaching buildings, one laboratory building, one comprehensive building, a gymnasium (including a canteen), etc. Supporting facilities include an outdoor sports ground (400-meter circular runway with 4 lanes), outdoor teaching ground, square roads, as well as 18-meter-wide municipal roads around the school.
