A  signing ceremony was held on January 18 between the Dachong People's Government and Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School to carry out collectivized education. The "Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School Education Group's Zhuoshan Middle School" was officially unveiled, meaning that Zhuoshan Middle School with a history of 159 years is managed by Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School Education Group.

The Dachong government and Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School signed an agreement on collectivized education. Zhang Wei, Principal of Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School Education Group's Zhuoshan Middle School, was awarded a letter of appointment at the unveiling ceremony.

Zhuoshan Middle School is the first township-level public junior high school in Zhongshan which is managed the Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School. The two schools will share the same standards in school development planning, management, recruitment, teaching and research, evaluation and other aspects, and will share common development so that Zhuoshan Middle School can enjoy comprehensive and rapid improvement in terms of education and teaching quality, teachers skill level, team management, talent optimization, teaching and research training, and others.
