The 36th Guangdong Adolescents Science and Technology Innovation Contest concluded recently in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province.

More than 500 teachers and students from 22 teams competed in the finals, with 298 total submissions. Meanwhile, the provincial prize winning science education innovation achievements of science instructors, outstanding youth science projects and outstanding children science fiction paintings were displayed.

Contestants from Zhongshan won 38 awards, as well as 5 special awards such as the Patent Application Award and South China Agricultural University Ding Ying Innovation Award. In addition, Hai Chunsheng, a Party member and vice chairman of the Zhongshan Association for Science and Technology, won the honorary title of "Guangdong Province Top 10 Outstanding Organization Worker".
