This year, a total of 15,178 students will take the annual national college entrance exam and another 37,723 will take the senior high school entrance exam, both numbers up slightly from last year.

Zhongshan will set up 567 rooms across 10 exam sites for the 2021 National College Entrance Examination that will take place from June 7 to 9.

The 2021 Guangdong Senior High School Entrance Examination will be held from June 26 to 28. Zhongshan will set up 24 testing areas, including 38 testing sites and 1,252 exam rooms.

The work meeting held on May 18 analyzed the current situation and challenges of the two exams in Zhongshan and put forward some requirements for exam safety. Letters of appointment were also issued to chief examiners of the college entrance examination.
