The enthusiastic sound of children's street dance and passionate storytelling kicked off the "Green Summer Vacation, Colorful Culture" Zhongshan Summer Cultural Activities 2021 at Zhongshan Culture Center on July 19.

The organizing committee planned 13 main activities including the "9+2 City Reading Tour", the cultural summer camp, the "4th Traditional Chinese Culture Knowledge Contest", and the "Green Summer Vacation Art Month". In addition, more than 200 other activities will be held with the resources of various departments and venues across the city, covering parent-child cultural activities, public culture lessons, public culture lectures, cultural and sports activities, culture experience and summer camps, and public art exhibitions.

During this summer vacation, organizers will provide art education opportunities for more than 500,000 teenagers, including children of migrant workers, to promote the equal distribution of basic public cultural services.
