The "New Apprenticeship" training course was opened at Yida Garment Company on November 20. The program aims to train 455 sewing workers and 145 pattern makers into senior-level workers in one year through theory study and practical operation.

The training course was set up by Yida Garment Company in cooperation with the Zhongshan Industrial and Trade Technical School. The company selected outstanding employees to tutor the apprentices, focusing on guiding them with practical training of occupational skills, to help the apprentices gradually master and improve their skill level and professional quality.

The training course integrates practical work with learning, arranging for tutors to teach apprentices practical operations and strengthen learning theory through remote online training. The training content mainly includes professional knowledge, operation skills, safety precautions, and professional quality, as well as the cultivation of a craftsman's spirit.
