Of May 7, the Zhongshan Institute of Changchun University of Science and Technology (CUST) project obtained the real estate ownership certificate after only 5 minutes from starting the land auction process, setting a record for the shortest approval time in Zhongshan. It is also the first new MO industrial land project in Torch Development Zone.

The project covers an area of about 39.45 mu, with a planned investment of 1.35 billion yuan. This is Zhongshan's first joint education and training institute for masters and doctoral students in high-tech fields. It will focus on photoelectric technology, artificial intelligence, and other fields to build a high-level team composed of national and provincial talent.

At the same time, the Zhongshan Institute will devote itself to building Zhongshan a gathering place of senior researchers, research institutions and high-tech enterprises in the fields of photoelectric technology and artificial intelligence technology.
