Zhongshan Yong'an High School, a newly-built municipal high school in Zhongshan, has been completed and will be open on September 1. The school is adjacent to the Zhongshan Arboretum. With beautiful natural scenery, it is praised as "a school in the park".
Zhongshan Yong'an High School is located at No.100 Yong'an No.1 Road, South District, covering an area of about 122 mu and a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters. The school has a capacity of 81 classes and will serve up to 4,050 students.
The school has newly-built and complete teaching and laboratory buildings, library and other learning places, in addition to a gymnasium and outdoor sports fields.
It's worth noting that the school's history museum (the bell tower) is surrounded by green trees in the central part of the schoolyard. The library and bell tower face each other across the lake.
