The Zhongshan International Talent Hub, the New Overseas Chinese Service Center of Zhongshan and the Chinese Students and Scholars Association of Moscow State University (MSU CSSA) signed a cooperation framework agreement on talent cultivation on August 8.

The MSU CSSA Zhongshan Talent Workstation and the MSU CSSA Zhongshan Social Practice Center were both unveiled, and representatives of MSU CSSA were issued their letter of appointments for "Global Talent Consultant" of Zhongshan.

Zhongshan International Talent Hub and MSU CSSA will carry out all-round cooperation in talent exchange, training, introduction and selection.

MSU CSSA Zhongshan Social Practice Centers will be established in both Zhongshan International Talent Hub and New Overseas Chinese Service Center of Zhongshan. Every year, graduate students will have opportunities to take part in study tours in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

MSU CSSA Zhongshan Talent Workstations will be established in both Zhongshan International Talent Hub and New Overseas Chinese Service Center of Zhongshan. Enterprises and public institutions can release recruitment and policy-related information in MSU.

Through these social practice centers and talent workstations in Zhongshan, MSU CSSA will recommend and introduce teachers and students to work or start business in Zhongshan.
