The Zhongshan Overseas Students Pioneer Park of China (ZOS-Park) topped out its second phase on June 26.
With an investment of 678 million yuan, Phase II has a total construction area of 140,000 square meters. It will include a 100-meter landmark building, serving as an innovation and entrepreneurship community for international talent, and a 60-meter industrial building, serving as an incubation hub called "GBA Optics Valley".
Founded in 2004, ZOS-Park has a 30,000-square-meter area for business incubation. It has attracted more than 200 enterprises and over 600 experts of various types.
