According to a scheme recently announced by the Zhongshan Bureau of Natural Resources, Torch High-tech Zone is expected to add a full-boarding high school in the second half of 2025.

The project covers a land area of 75,165.4 square meters and has a total construction area of 87,459 square meters, including 46,619 square meters of multifunctional buildings and 25,840 square meters of dormitory buildings. There school can accommodate 66 classes with 3,630 students and offer a total of 3,680 beds.

The construction unit, Deheng Henderson Education Group, has founded several schools in Zhongshan, including the Zhongshan Deheng School, the Zhongshan Minzhong Jinbiao School and the Xinmiao School. The new high school will serve as the branch school of Zhongshan Deheng School.
