The Ninghui Garden, a culture-education-tourism complex with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan, announced to settle in Xiaolan Town on December 10.
The Xiaolan town government signed an investment agreement for the project with Huachuangwen, a Shenzhen-based business management company, and Chongde, an education investment company in Zhongshan on the same day.
The project is located in Yongning Community in Xiaolan Town, with a planned land area of 480 mu and a total construction area of 180,000 square meters. It is estimated attract more than one million visitors per year and bring in a total regional income of 4 billion yuan.
The Ninghui Garden is mainly composed of a school, a museum, a tourist resort and education facilities of aerospace science and technology.
The school and museum are invested by several enterprises in Xiaolan, and the former will be a international-level garden-style school with advanced concepts and a beautiful environment.
Other facilities, including the tourist resort, an ancient building academy, the Qian Xuesen bookhouse and etc, embedded with high-end accommodation in Huizhou-style dwellings, aerospace-themed cuisine, Suzhou garden landscape and other commercial forms, will satisfy high-end travelers' needs.
