Zhongshan Administration of Culture, Radio, TV, News and Publication held a press conference about the 7th Children Chorus Festival of China. The festival organized by Ministry of Culture and hosted under collaboration of Ministry of Culture Public Culture Department, Guangdong Administration of Culture, Zhongshan municipal government, Chorus Association of China will be held in Zhongshan from July 21 to 23. Over 1500 children in 33 excellent choirs from 18 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities as well as Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan will gather in Zhongshan, Sun Yat-sen’s hometown to show their sweet voice.

To promote the development of children chorus, the organizing committee will focus on the principle of “culture for people” and organize some excellent choruses to performance in Mingzhu Square of Torch Development Zone in hopes that local communities and children can enjoy high-quality children chorus without going far. In addition, the organizing committee has also prepared some free tickets for citizens.
