According to the Survey of 2015 National Family Education Current Situation, mother always plays dominative roles in Chinese family education while father’s importance is always ignored. Therefore, Municipal Women’s Federation specially held the activity of father’s growth by requiring fathers to stay at home and accompany their children in two days. 

As the main content of “children caring project”, family education has been listed one of the top 10 people’s livelihood projects. Up until now, the federation has carried out various and colorful family education activities, such as “parents’ moral cultivation class”, parent leading plan, public welfare support for family and so on, and many projects will be held to benefit more children and parents.
