About 1,000 seats at Zhongnan Culture and Sports Square of Zhongnan Village, Gangkou Town were filled with people on the evening of Nov. 4. The above picture is about the scene of one of the shows presented by the peasant troupe. The show was presented by Danan Art Troupe in Gangkou Town.

According to Huang Zhaohong, director of the troupe, about 90% of the members are peasants. The troupe presented more than 20 performances in the past year without pay. With the increase of fame, the art troupe got support from local enterprises and government departments, and began to take commercial performances to maintain spending.
