As one important event of the series activity to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Birth of Sun Yatsen, the 2016 “Yixian Cup” Zhongshan International Marathon was grandly held on 27th November. Jointly hosted by Chinese Athletic Association and Zhongshan Municipal Government, the Marathon this year includes full marathon, half marathon, ten-kilometer marathon and happy running and attracts over 15,000 participants. There are 42 performance stages in the whole route, providing energetic pop and cheerleading dance, excellent community group programs, traditional folk programs and characteristic dragon dance and so on.
