The 9th Asian U12 Junior Baseball Championship came to a satisfactory end in Dongsheng Town on December 13. Delegations of players from 8 countries and areas compete in the 20 games for 5 days. Japanese Team won the championship; South Korea the second place, Taipei the third, Chinese Team the fourth.

During the event, the organizing committee also held a two-day “hard ground” concert, which echoed at night with the games during the day.
