Online platform
In addition to setting up a special line for enterprises on the 12345 hotline platform, the "Quick Response Office for Zhongshan-based Enterprises" via the "Yue Shang Tong" (粤商通) platform, provides enterprises with an efficient and convenient online channel for applications and appeals.
1) Scan the code to download the "Yue Shang Tong"(粤商通) app.
2) Enter the "Quick Response Office for Zhongshan-based Enterprises" (中山企业诉求马上办专区) on the app to leave messages or fill in enterprise requests (我有诉求).
The "12345" hotline will transfer online enterprise applications and appeals to relevant departments or town (district) administrations. Through the "Applications and Appeal Progress Inquiry" (诉求进度查询) tool, enterprises can check the applications and appeals progress in real time.
Offline platform
The "Quick Response Office for Enterprises" (企业诉求马上办专区) is also set up at the Zhongshan Public Service Center, equipped with a professional service team to accept enterprises' applications and appeals.
