Huancheng Community is newly established in South District, Zhongshan City. It covers an area of 2.48 square kilometers and contains 23 residential communities, with a total of 13,235 households and a population of about 35,500.

The community neighborhood committee will be located at No.9, Chengnan No.1 Road. It temporarily shares the office with Chengnan Community at the Chengnan Community Party-mass Service Center next to the Qi'an Garden.

Boundaries of Huancheng Community: from the middle point of the Shiqi River to the middle of South Outer Ring Road, along the middle of South Outer Ring Road to the middle of Yong'an No.1 Road. In the south, the community runs along the administrative boundary between South District and East District to the boundary of Liangdu Community. In the northwest, the community runs along the northern boundary of Liangdu Community to the middle of Shiqi River in the west, and stretches north along the middle of Shiqi River to the middle of South Outer Ring Road.

At present, the South District governs Liangdu, Chengnan, Maling, Beixi and Huancheng Communities.
