The first self-service credit report inquiry machine for enterprises in Zhongshan was put into operation for the public at the People's Bank of China Zhongshan Central Branch on December 16, 2021.

The self-service machine is easy to operate. To obtain a free enterprise credit report, one only needs to download the enterprise electronic business license through Wechat applet and confirm their identification information via the self-service inquiry machine. The whole process takes less than two minutes on average, 80% more efficient than manual inquiry, with higher security.

From January to November 2021, enterprise credit report service counters in Zhongshan received 6,206 inquiries, an increase of 1.8% year-on-year.
