This year's Spring Festival travel rush began on January 17, alongside the Zhongshan "Warm Winter Action" volunteer services. A total of 66 youth volunteer service sites were set up in Zhongshan Station, Zhongshan North Station, the Zhongshan Bus Terminal, and other 5 transportation hubs across the city to provide volunteer services for passengers during the entire Spring Festival travel rush period (January 17 to February 25).

Young volunteers are assigned to provide passengers with order maintenance, luggage handling, epidemic prevention promotion, ticket purchasing and exchange, real-name certification, ticket and luggage check, route guidance and other services. Timely assistance will also be offered to the aged, disabled, children and other key groups.

This month, the Communist Youth League Zhongshan Municipal Committee launched the "Warm Youth" program. A series of services will be offered during winter vacation and the Spring Festival holiday, including volunteer services for passengers, visiting activities for front-line workers, left-behind children and old people living alone, as well as caring activities for young people in villages and communities.
