Refrigerators, air conditioning and other household appliances are provided, as well as daily necessities such as couches, blankets and pillows. On March 1, Zhongshan International Talent Hub released the first batch of apartments for talent and opened application process for employees in Tsuihang New District.

These apartments are available to talent working or doing business and key enterprises in Tsuihang New District. The first set of apartments give priority to meeting the housing needs of top talent recognized by Tsuihang New District, followed by those with a bachelor degree or higher.

Talent who apply for these apartments must meet the following requirements: the applicant and their family members (spouse, underaged children) do not own any type of self-owned housing in Zhongshan and their workplace provides no housing; the applicant and the family members (spouse, underaged children) have not received house-purchasing subsidies issued by the finance department of Tsuihang New District.

Those eligible can receive a housing subsidy of up to 6,000 yuan per month, and highly educated applicants are also eligible for living allowances.

At present, a number of apartments for talent have been built in Tsuihang New District's Jinhui Garden and West Bay National Major Instrument Science Park, and 1,521 apartments are under construction in Vanke Bay Area Center, Biomedical Intelligence Innovation Center and Cuiheng Tower. These apartments are expected to be available in August this year.
