In December 2021, the Zhongshan Administration of Government Affairs Service Data set up a reception for key project approval to professionally handle multiple processes and other troubles of general concern to enterprises and citizens. A spokesperson of the Zhongshan Administration of Government Affairs Service Data revealed that in recent years, the reception team has provided free services for nearly 150 major projects, such as the Xiaolan Vatti Factory Expansion Project, OCT Happy Coast Project, and Zhongshan CR Gas Headquarters Project, and provided warm approval coordination, policy explanation, technical assistance and other services.

The previous approval process required multiple time-consuming steps between land acquisition and construction commencement. After setting up a professional service team, all-round services for enterprises are provided to greatly shorten project approval times.

At present, the Zhongshan Administration of Government Affairs Service Data is carrying out investigation on the needs of enterprises and plans to expand the construction approval services to include other aspects, such as management, taxation and social security, aiming to provide guidance and agency services in all aspects related to business.
