The Shiqi Service Center for First-time Loans was founded in the Shiqi District Party-masses Service Center on June 17. It is the first of its kind in Zhongshan.

A first-time loan refers to that an enterprise with no loan record according to the credit report of the People's Bank of China obtains a loan from a bank for the first time. The center will strengthen its ability to connect enterprises that have potential first-time loan demands with banking institutions through the "Yue XinRong" (粤信融) online platform. The center will also provide offline services in terms of policy interpretation, first-time loan consultation, business registration, and etc.
