Zhongshan held an online drawing ceremony for the allocation of talent apartments in South District on July 15. A total of 97 talented people chose their apartments.

Zhongshan launched a campaign last year, planning to introduce and cultivate about 300 masters and doctoral students, aged under 30, in urgently-needed fields for government organs, local enterprises and public institutions at all levels in three years' time.

Combined with Zhongshan's talent introduction and cultivation needs, the Zhongshan Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development started the construction of the "Southern City Time" talent apartments, which are fully furnished, for talented people of the campaign.

The Southern City Time aparments are located at No.7 Yong'an No.1 Road in South District. The first 96 apartments available all have 3 rooms and are equipped with furniture and household appliances.
