Poon Hung Fai, one of the winners of Zhongshan Outstanding Corporate Talent for 2021, took his friends from Hong Kong on a tour of Zhongshan, treating them to Shiqi pigeon and crisped grass carp dishes. "I hope more people will come to work and live in Zhongshan and enjoy the comfortable life here," said  Poon, who grew up in Hong Kong, studied in the US, and once worked in well-known pharmaceutical companies before starting his own business in Zhongshan. He has thought of himself as a Zhongshan native.

Currently, Zhongshan is building a province-level reform and innovation pilot zone for the integrated development of both sides of the Pearl River Estuary. Poon often told his friends around the country especially in Hong Kong to seize this development opportunity: "Zhongshan is great, don't hesitate to come!"

With a unique location in the Greater Bay Area and as a city suitable for living, working and tourism, Zhongshan has become increasingly attractive to talented people who pursue entrepreneurship and innovation. At the same time, Zhongshan has been optimizing its housing projects, healthcare, education and industrial and research platform construction, and creating an atmosphere that respects labor, knowledge, talent and creativity. More talented individuals have been attracted to Zhongshan, the geographic center of the GBA, from all over the world.
