The first Xiangshan Mansion, a restaurant run by Zhongshan Hot Spring Resort, began trial operations at Cuiheng Building in Cuiheng New District on August 28.

The 4,000-square-meter restaurant has several multi-function halls and private rooms. The most highlighted column-free banquet hall, with a storey height of 8.5 meters and an occupied area of 500 square meters, can accommodate nearly 300 diners at the same time.

In recent years, Zhongshan Hot Spring Resort has developed a series of popular special dishes of Zhongshan, such as "Hot Spring Pigeon", "Famous Chrysanthemum Sashimi" and "Water Town-style Banana Bud & Crucian Carp Soup". This first Xiangshan Mansion will be joined by three head chefs and experienced staff members of Zhongshan Hot Spring Resort.
